I feel compelled to post these pictures from our trip down to see the Plaza lights on Thanksgiving, since Leah said a blog isn't worth reading without pictures. You might have noticed that I don't have small children to post pictures of, so sometimes I skip that step altogether.

Nice pics -- and nice blog posts. :-) If you need to rent a couple of small children for photo-taking purposes, I suggest you contact Mrs. Blake...
good thinking on the photos. i use photos as a cop-out on writing. it works really well. i suggest photographing food and eric. i'm sure he could come up with something funny to do. but seeing your smiling face is very nice.

You don't need small children to post photos, silly! And you know I would read your blog, regardless :) However, seeing your beautiful faces is a nice bonus to reading your blog.

I admitt I am a photo person too but I do read your blogs without them simply because I love to know what you are thinking about it always enlightens my life.
Wow. I'm overwhelmed by the quantity and quality of comments - which just confirms that pictures are the key. But despite your lack of choice in the matter (you *must* respond to pictures, come to find out), I appreciate the responses. Maybe I'll keep blogging. . .and posting pictures.
the photos did get your comment box filled up quickly - -however it is not always like that. I just did not want you to get your hopes up and then get shot down like I did in octoberish. I posted some pics - 6 of which I was wearing a dress and the comment box still saya 0. so just beware it might not be like that always. Nice pics and great smiles - of course
